"Easy process of getting our roof. Salesman was very specific and informative about choices of shingles and metal. Delivery of dumpster was confirmed and delivered as scheduled. Tear off crew came as scheduled and did a great job preparing the house for the new roof. The metal fabricators came and set up and made the metal sheets. The install crew came and worked in a systematic manner to install the roof. The project contacts at the site and in the office made our roofing project a success. "We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

"Very happy with the entire experience.  Was extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of Shawn (owner and chief laborer).  He is very self-motivated and went about the job with little intervention required on my part.  The roof replacement was done in one day, with the gutter replacement done on a subsequent day (due to weather).  Post-job cleanup was outstanding, with no trace of trash or debris left behind.  Shawn was also very helpful dealing with my insurance agent, explaining the extent of the damage and providing photos of the work after completion for the insurance claim.  The best part was the quality of the new roof and gutter installation, which looks fantastic!   I would definitely recommend Ameritech Services and will hire them again, if the need arises.
