"Excellent!! Highly recommended!! I was not able to choose the specific project. Based on the other reviews, it seems to be all of the above. Rosales Waterproofing did the most excellent job waterproofing my basement and the foundation of my home. My house feels and smells healthier because of the caring work they did. I am very grateful to Home Advisor for connecting me with Mr. Rufino Rosales. I am very thankful to Mr. Rosales for his expertise. I spoke with several waterproofing representatives. He exceeded them all in every way. His knowledge, intuitiveness, experience, straightforwardness, and his genuine kindness were matchless. Thank you GOD for sending Rosales Waterproofing my way!!!"

"Very professional and prompt. They completed my job within the three days as promised. I would recommend them for waterproofing and structural issues."

"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"

"AK Waterproofing did an outstanding job on waterproofing my basement. I was having water come in each time it would rain really hard. Jose came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to correct the issue I had. The price was reasonable and they had the best warranty out of all the other companies I received a quote from. It didn't take long to make a decision and once I did they were able to get to me the following week. The day of the appointment they arrived on time and went straight to work. Several hours later they were done and wanted me to check things to make sure I was satisfied. 2 days later it stormed really bad for hours and when I went in the basement there wasn't 1 drop of water at all. I couldn't be more happy with AK Waterproofing and I recommend them to anyone who has water issues with their home."

"Will & Frank were great. They dug up an area from the outside and installed a French drain that went all the way to my backyard fence. No leak with today?s rain! Works splendidly!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Review for Vasquez Waterproofing Vasquez Waterproofing did an outstanding job installing a French drain in both my front and back yards, and they also tackled some pretty extensive water damage around my front bay window. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the entire project was completed in just two days — super efficient. Big shoutout to Jack for his excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were kept, and the worksite was left clean. I’d absolutely recommend Vasquez Waterproofing for any drainage or water damage projects. In fact, I’m already in talks with them about another job. Solid team, great results."

"Everything went smoothly from the initial inspection with John through the install of the foundation support and jacks with Will, Brian and Steven. Everything was top notch and the quality of the materials is far superior. Even has some other contractors that were impressed with their work. They were professional, cleaned up everything, friendly and answered all my questions. Was able to get a successful raising of the house and I know it’s going to last now. Never was upsold on anything and have recommendations and things to watch for for future issues potential. Would recommend them to anyone needing support or foundation work done. Only problem was the wait to get them, but it was worth it!"
