I was scheduled for delivery the week of March 16, but the pandemic and quarantine hit and with everything closed, I had to wait. She worked with my schedule, kept in touch, and truly went above and beyond. "I visited their storeroom. It looks small but they have a ton of product to choose from. They scheduled a time and date to come for the estimate and arrived when they said they would. I agreed to the terms and received a call a few days later to schedule the installation. The cost may seem high for the size of my bathroom but about half of my subfloor had to be completely replaced so there was a lot of extra work involved. Day of installation they arrived on time. They were very nice. After about 2 hours one of them did leave (he was a very tall guy and my bathroom was so small that for both of them to try to work in it was difficult so they agreed he could leave). It probably took much longer with only one of them than two, but that was fine with me. When it was complete the only part I wasn't happy with was the clear caulk he had put around the tub, as my tub has some rust spots along the bottom and they were showing through it. Without any complaint he redid the caulk in white and it looks perfect. I am planning on getting some new carpeting and will definitely look at FF again for that job."

"Store was very helpful in purchase of carpet with plenty of information and answers to all of our questions. Took a little longer than first estimated to install but not that big of a deal. Installation was OK but not as good as I expected with some of the edges not cut as well or as close to the walls as I would expect. He said since the carpet was brand new it will take some time to "bloom" and it should look better. after that. Also in a couple of places on the carpet there are "lines" where the carpet sticks up just a bit from the rest of it. The carpet was glued down. When I questioned the owner (who was also the installer) about it he said it should recede in about a month. Sounds like a blow off to me but we'll see. He did cut an extra aluminum piece for me to install as a border in front of the door that leads in and out of the house. This was not part of the original deal and he did it at no charge. Was easy to deal with throughout the process. <br />"
