"We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future."

"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"Great job! Excellent attention to detail with finish work. Great communication from everyone during the entire process. Cost was excellent."

"The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"Gary and his team were excellent. He was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. They completed my basement renovation in two weeks with no delays. I appreciated the extra efforts he made to make even the unfinished/hidden parts nice. As a perfectionist- I was impressed by the attention to detail and am so pleased by the transformation. I would absolutely recommend Gary and his team and plan to use for future projects."

"Steve refinished our living & dining room floors. Sand, clean, coat, resand, clean, and second coat of polyurethane. He is very detail oriented, work met our very high standards, and at a very reasonable price. You can immediately tell he enjoys being a craftsman. We highly recommend!"

"On-time and on point. Power washed the cornice of the house which is 22 ft high. The team used a ladder and performed an excellent service. I would recommend PG Tedesco Construction. Reliable and dependable. Update: 07/23/2021 I was the bar manager at the Broad Table Tavern in Swarthmore, PA. The restaurant is located inside the Swarthmore Inn. PG Tedesco construction did lots of painting work in the restaurant prior to the opening of the restaurant and the hotel. I would always hear our guest compliments the paint job quality inside the restaurant. It is open to the public in the case that you want to see what they did."

"I highly recommend Nick. He is conscientious and creative in approaching solutions to projects. He is personable and professional. I am having him back to do more projects. Grateful to have someone trustworthy working in my home."
