"Adam, the owner of Tankless Industries, came out to assess my leaking tankless water heater and we discussed options between repair and replacement. I had several other quotes (for both repair and replacement), and between them all, Tankless quoted the best price and the quickest turnaround time. Adam presented as very knowledgeable during our initial meeting and the type of owner that took pride in his businessâ s reputation, so we went with him. Ultimately we opted for replacement as my prior unit was 13 years old and the cost to repair wasnâ t worth the investment (I should note here that Iâ m fairly knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and plumbing equipment, so this wasnâ t an upsell situation). Brandon was our installer and did a great job. Adam even came out to review the work at the end of the day to ensure it was up to his standards. On top of that, during the quote, Adam had noted that the vent pipe for my furnace was dripping condensate down the exterior wall, damaging my stucco. During the water heater install, Brandon threw a pvc elbow on the pipe when he was finishing up. Yea, only a $1 part, but a strong testament to Adamâ s customer service and do-it-right attitude. Iâ d highly recommend using Tankless Industries."

"Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. "My initial contact with Mattioni was to simply schedule a winter check-up on the furnace in our new house. I knew the furnace, a/c, and water heater were all about 11 years old and could be in need of replacement. One month later, I’ve had Mattioni replace all three and also perform some smaller plumbing jobs after the annual healthy home plumbing inspection they offer as part of their contract program (which came free for one year after I had the furnace and a/c installed). They’ve done too much work for me to go into detail on every aspect of every job they did, but, on the whole I have been very impressed with Mattioni. Their customer service, quality, and attention to detail seems top notch. If you’re just comparing prices, they’re probably not the cheapest contractor to use, but if you factor in the quality of the service they’re providing, I think their prices are very good, which is why I rated them A in this regard. As with any big jobs like installing a furnace or water heater, small hiccups can occur - in fact, a week after the furnace was installed and I had the plumbing inspection, a small gas leak was detected. After the hot water heater was installed, one of the fittings in the pipe that leads into the water heater leaked a small amount of water and set off the alarm they installed. In my view, small hiccups like this are to be expected when new installations occur. Where Mattioni really shined was in their response to these problems. In particular, I would recognize Jared C., the plumber who did most of our plumbing work. He noticed the small gas leak and had one of the HVAC techs sent out within several hours to address it. He also returned the late the same day he had installed the hot water heater to correct the small leak that had resulted from a defective fitting. I found his attention to detail and willingness to help my wife troubleshoot over the phone and then return late after a long day and fix the small problem to be exemplary customer service. On the whole, I highly recommend Mattioni. If you’re just interested in finding the contractor with the lowest price, Mattioni is probably not going to be your preferred contractor (although they were willing to match lower quotes I received on the hot water heater install). If you’re looking for an HVAC or plumbing company that has responsive and friendly customer service, technicians that pay attention to detail and treat your house as your own, and will ensure that the job is done both correctly and with a high degree of quality, Mattioni seems to be one of the best I’ve used in my years as a homeowner. They will certainly be my go-to plumber and HVAC company for the foreseeable future."

Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."
