I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable."

They made adjustments where needed but more importantly found heads that were not connected properly/broken connectors. Some heads were relocated to allow better coverage of the lawn.
