"This is the 2nd time I have had Luckner out to diagnose and repair my washing machine. I had a brand new Electrolux washer installed by Electrolux 10 days ago. They replaced the water hoses with hoses that were inferior after I asked them to use the ones I had. One of the hoses had a kink in it and was restricting the water supply. Luckner put my original hoses onto the new machine and the problem was solved. He will forever be my Electrolux repair man! Thanks so much Luckner! Uh We called in a professional company to do the assessment. They just left. We're waiting for another, one of one of their professionals to come in now. He screwed. Everything up. I all I asked was to put in a dimmer. And a um and put the bar stools together and uh and hang a light fixture. The bar stools that Never happened. He came here. He got here. He was supposed to be here at 5. He got here at 6. He didn't leave here until after 8. Wires are hanging out as we speak. And the assessment that was done by Bardi, I don't know if you're familiar with them, they're one of the leading electrical heating and air companies here in Atlanta. And I had their professionals in, they did an assessment, they said he screwed everything up. When you turn on The switch He put everything on one circuit. Everything. The television, the lamps, the hall lights. So when you turn the TV, when you you turn the switch on, everything comes on at once. and it caused it to heat, the circuitry to heat. So right now, they are going to have to put in Surge protector to avoid that from happening. It's just a mess. But I'm going to call, I don't know who your Manager is, but I will take this. I'm going to escalate this issue. There is no way you all should let your people come into people's Homes on the left. You have vetted them. This guy knew nothing about electricity, nothing. And I'm looking for some sort of resolution to this because right now it's costing us $2400 dollars. to fix this mess.
