"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing ð ª is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. Their work is very clean and they even called me out to look at the replacement pipe before backfilling. I will most certainly, undoubtedly use RPP again!"

Customers say: Super punctual
"Mr. Plumber does excellent work! Jason put in about 9 hrs. straight replacing the main water pipe in the ground in a home we own. He even stayed after he finished his part of the work, waiting for the City of Atlanta Water Dept. to show up to fix the leak on the adjacent sidewalk to the house. He didn't have to do that, but he wanted to make sure everything was finished properly before he went home for the evening. Very impressed with Jason's desire to make sure job was finished properly. His work was excellent."

"Labor day weekend and we had a toilet back up. Sewage all over our powder room and hallway floor. Worked on it through the day and finally called Roto Rooter at night. After spending time and working hard trying to clear the deain, the gentleman called for help. With lots if high tech instruments, the found where the problem was and how to fix it. Note that this was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. A big job, Roto Rooter completed it in a few days (after the weekend) including significant cleanup. They also helped with Insurance claims through the process."

"Everyone at Ragsdale Heating and Air did a great job. Every detail was handled professionally. <br /> Chris Boyd came to our home, arrived at scheduled time and did a great job showing us <br /> all the options and guided us in making the decision for the unit that best fit the size of our home. <br /> He did not try to sell us more than we needed, nor did he push us to make a decision before we were ready. <br /> We talked to several companies, and it was soon clear to us that Ragsdale was the best value we could find. <br /> Our installers did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked <br /> tirelessly until the job was done. Jerry was great in answering questions and showing us <br /> how to work our new thermostat and all the features of our new system. <br /> I highly recommend this company. We are extremely happy with our purchase. <br />"

"I noticed that the air conditioning system was blowing warm air instead of cool air over the Memorial Day weekend. I checked the thermostat and everything was working there. I went outside and checked the condenser and noticed that the blades were turning but that there was cool air coming from the top of it (I'm used to the air being warmer above the condenser unit). So I figured I'd better get someone to look at it. Since I'm new to GA, I asked my neighbor for a recommendation. <br /> I looked up Moncrief's website and left a service request on Monday afternoon and figured they'd call me when they got into the office on Tuesday. Needless to say, I was very surprised that they called me on a holiday to set up an appointment to take a look at the air conditioner. They sent a technician out on Tuesday morning to look at it, had the engineer come out Wednesday morning before I went into work to determine what sized replacement unit I needed, and this morning (Thursday) the technician was here and installed the new condenser and coil. And my house is now cool again. <br /> The engineer also recommended that with the higher efficiency systems that they're recommend one more return vent on the main floor. His explanation made sense and in now way did I feel that he was trying to sell me additional services or increase the bill. Adding the return vent this morning cost an extra $200 (if they'd to make a separate trip later it would cost $400-$500). <br /> It's a pleasure to work with a company that is prompt and professional."
