They set a time and date and the tech called and arrived on time. He quoted the cost of the repair and I accepted based on other higher priced quotes for the job. He was able to come back same day and complete the repair. I received a text msg when he was in route. Dean, was my tech and he was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. I received an email confirmation of my payment along with an invoice showing what was repaired and itemized costs. I highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. I was very impressed."

"Robertson restoration is the way to go they are very polite professional and genuinely great people. Their prices are amazing and the quality of work is even better. I had to have part of my floor jack hammered up and a system put in to drain water from a crack in my Foundation they completed that in one day and drywall the next. Shane called to confirm and get directions.   He arrived the next day ( appointment date ) on time and professional .  He identified himself, confirmed the work to be done and then went about doing the work.  He took his shoes off and was very careful and clean.   The work went very well with no complications and he was done in short time.
