Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley and we live in LA. We had a roof leak that caused mold damage in a ceiling and side wall in the garage. Our tenants were pretty spooked and expressed concern the whole house might have mold. The situation seemed serious enough that we decided to drive up to Mill Valley from Los Angeles and find a contractor. We found Ceres Construction on a Saturday morning via Angi's list and talked to company owner Adrian Kovaci maybe 10 minutes after posting our request, by phone. We jumped in the car and headed north. Adrian met with us that very afternoon, maybe 6 hours later, at the Mill Valley house. He ran tests throughout the house for mold and gave us his assessment of the situation. We were very impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness -- and his very reasonable bid -- and hired him on the spot. Everything went exceedingly well in the following days and weeks when he went about removing and replacing drywall, fixing an electrical problem we didn't know we had and replacing a wooden door with a water-proof aluminum door. By this time, we were back in LA. Every evening, Adrian would send us photos of his progress. Best of all, the tenants kept telling us how impressed they were, so we were able to turn lemons into lemonade. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Adrian Kovaci and Ceres Construction. We surely hope we don't need to use him in the future, but if we need to, we won't hesitate to call him again. If you have a mold issue, call Ceres Construction. Thank you, Adrian. "Jessy and his team are hard-working, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. They did so many different projects. Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker.
