Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley and we live in LA. We had a roof leak that caused mold damage in a ceiling and side wall in the garage. Our tenants were pretty spooked and expressed concern the whole house might have mold. The situation seemed serious enough that we decided to drive up to Mill Valley from Los Angeles and find a contractor. We found Ceres Construction on a Saturday morning via Angi's list and talked to company owner Adrian Kovaci maybe 10 minutes after posting our request, by phone. We jumped in the car and headed north. Adrian met with us that very afternoon, maybe 6 hours later, at the Mill Valley house. He ran tests throughout the house for mold and gave us his assessment of the situation. We were very impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness -- and his very reasonable bid -- and hired him on the spot. Everything went exceedingly well in the following days and weeks when he went about removing and replacing drywall, fixing an electrical problem we didn't know we had and replacing a wooden door with a water-proof aluminum door. By this time, we were back in LA. Every evening, Adrian would send us photos of his progress. Best of all, the tenants kept telling us how impressed they were, so we were able to turn lemons into lemonade. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Adrian Kovaci and Ceres Construction. "We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers. We were dumfounded at the huge warehouse of many outdoor designs - fully built out! After sending us to another warehouse where we picked out our pool coping pavers, we were set. Upon signing contracts, our system project manager, Derek, met with us at our house to view what was needed. A contractor team led by Alex began work on a mutual date. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alexs team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. "Jessy and his team are hard-working, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. They did so many different projects. Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker. I got price estimates for some of these projects from people like â Attic Specialistsâ and the price from others was double."
