"I served as a State-licensed inspector for the City and County of San Francisco for 23 years, overseeing electrical work on multi-million dollar projects throughout the city. During that time, I had the opportunity to inspect Carlos' work on numerous occasions. His installations were always meticulous--completed per plan and strictly up to code.
