"Rick and his team of sub-contractors did a great job working with us on our kitchen and family room remodel. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. "We hired David and Prosper to do a gut renovation of our home in Portero Hill. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with Prosper Construction Development I knew these guys were different. He was the only contractor to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. Prosper Construction and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. The scope of work included: gut kitchen renovation, 2 gut bathrooms, tiling, wood floors, painting throughout, removal of structural walls, addition of steel panel. Our renovation was completed over a month ago. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team."
