I felt comfortable and confident with him immediately. Our existing electric water heater completely shut down and my spouse had been without hot water for several days (I was away from home), so I jumped at the chance to get a tankless (propane) water heater installed. We have a large propane tank (Generac whole house generator, gas kitchen stove and gas fireplace. When I had the gas stove installed, i had propane guys put in a fitting for both a future gas water heater and gas dryer, so this made installation by Right Now very easy.
