"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"Called 200224 for refrigerator Ice maker broken. Came w/i 2 hours as promised. Diagnosed issues. Immediately fixed ice bin overflow problem. Ordered part for broken ice cube delivery paddle. Returned next morning with part. Disassembled ice delivery system in door, replaced part and tested and reassembled. Saved on complete system replacement. Happy with service and professionalism of company. Will continue to use them for all my appliance needs."

"I was distraught to find my LG Washer Dryer combo suddenly not draining after it worked perfectly 2 weeks ago. I was amazingly pleased at their customer service...and I can be a stickler at times. The representative on the phone was quick to answer all my questions and give me a quote. They even had same day appointments. A text and email came in to confirm the appointment. Another text came in to let me know the technician was on the way. AND the technician Rabbee called to let me know he had arrived at the building. Rabbee checked out my machine and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to come back with the right part and offered to come back the very next day. He even drained the machine for me so that the water wouldn't stagnate. Then he also gave me the option of taking payment now or to call the office to process. That's service! Beltway appliance repair made it so easy! The service call fee is under $100 and is applied to the fix if you go with them. I will update when the machine is fixed."
