"Mottern did a fantastic job designing and installing a large flagstone-on-concrete patio for us. The work included excavating and leveling the site, pouring and re-enforcing the slab, and selecting and purchasing the stone, brick and other materials. In addition to the patio, Mottern also filled in an approx. 12 sq/ft section of brick wall where a door had been converted to a window. The filled-in brick and mortar matches the original 50-year old wall perfectly. Overall, the entire Mottern crew was prompt, responsive, professional, and very skillful. "Fantastic! Professional service, four Leland Cyprus trees two stories tall, carefully removed, stump ground, fresh top soil for new arborvitae which were planted and staked well. New plantings were spaced well and soil tamped around root ball. Mulch applied.Old plant material removed and yard neat as a pin when work completed. The work was done very well with a knowledgeable crew , friendly, and they show pride in their work. I would highly recommend their services. My landscape looks fresh and new, very happy with a job well done."

"I had a flagstone patio that was sinking and uneven due to subsidence. The company removed all the stones, rebuilt the base with a proper slope away from the house, and reinstalled the stones. The price was fair (I had some higher estimates and some lower) and the quality of work was excellent with a good attention to detail. I most appreciated that Lazaro offered a vision for a better patio. My original request was to just replace the stones the way they were, but he made recommendations on how to improve the patio (with the same amount of stones) that led to a much better final project."
