"Steve and his crew did an excellent job. As with any major renovation, there were a few unexpected issues. In each case, he talked through the options and his work-arounds were spot-on. Communication was outstanding. I always knew what was planned for each day and what to expect in terms of timeframes. They cleaned up before leaving each day to minimize the disruption. Steve was always readily available to answer any questions. As a result, I have a beautiful kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased."

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"Munoz Construction LLC is by and far the BEST experience my family and I have ever had with any business in 35 years. Jose Munoz and his full team, each with individualized skill sets, offer talented, brilliant repairs, renovations and additions. Excellent, perfectionist work in a world that increasingly does things “half way”. They are reasonably priced and most importantly friendly and completely trustworthy. They felt more like family than strangers working on our home for a month. Our work project included extensive renovations inside and outside 2 houses (5 rooms of windows, tile work, complete painting of interior and exterior with wood rot repair, crown moulding installation, relocating ceiling fixtures, new gutters and collapsed ceiling room redos from leaking roof). They are creative and can offer solutions no one else can envision. Absolutely the highest recommendation"

"This was my first major renovation project as a homeowner, and I am extremely satisfied with the process and results. Stephen and his team were flexible, communicative, and responsive. They were also happy to answer any of my questions along the way. It was a pleasure working with them, and the final product looks flawless. I highly recommend Capstone Remodeling."

"I recently hired All Renovations to complete a whole basement renovation (demolition, all new electrical and framing; adding a wet bar, laundry space, and full bathroom). Omar, Jim, Tony, and the rest of the team were professional and responsive at every stage of the process. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and addressed any concerns that came up throughout the project with flexibility and a commitment to high quality work. Having received multiple project quotes from different companies, All Renovations provided a competitive price point and stayed within my budget. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them for your large-scale project."

"I hired Sam to replace the wooden posts and concrete footers supporting my deck and sun room. The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along. He answered any questions that I had; he explained problems his team found and how they would resolve them to adhere close to the estimate and abide by regulations. In short, Sam is a true professional and I enjoyed working with him. Iâ m very happy with the work his team completed and now I have confidence that my sun room and deck are properly supported for years to come."

"The kitchen remodel was an exceptionally professional process from start to finish. Jeff and Deanna were a fantastic team to work with. They both worked with us to meet all of our needs for our kitchen renovation. Deanna went above and beyond from a design aspect to get us exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen. The installation team was professional timely, and very easy to work with. All items were measured with precision and our custom kitchen came together perfectly. And to top it all off they were able to complete the kitchen renovation in less time and deliver us our dream kitchen early! Anyone looking for high quality, professional renovation Waterstone goes above and beyond to deliver the best!"

"Moogie is very a talented engineer and designer who is super easy to work with. She is always on the job site to oversee the project - what I loved most about her is her attention to detail and attentiveness. We had specific ideas in mind for our remodel, she was there to guide us and always honored our choices. She kept us in the loop about everything, She has a vast knowledge of design and engineering - which was helpful considering we had 3 major renovations done at once. We love our new spaces!"

"I highly recommend City Renovations and Remodeling to new and experienced homeowners and investors. In fact, Mike Wiggs, owner of the company, was highly recommended to me from a trusted source. Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. He resolved other water problems at my house by installing upgraded, larger gutters connecting to a new underground drainage system, and re-grading a section of the backyard next to my house in order to better collect water coming onto the house and move it away from the house. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget. I look forward to working with Mike and his team to renovate the property."

"Click did a great job updating our kitchen and sunroom. Both rooms were last renovated in the 1970's and definitely needed some attention. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."
