"Great! The appointment was scheduled with ease and the technician (Adam) arrived within the projected window. Our under-sink piping had also failed, so we were extremely happy to not only have a successful snaking of our drain but an excellent repair and correction to our under-sink piping. "First I want to say if I could rate him A+, I would.  Here is my story:
It was the coldest night in history and my husband was out of town.  I came home that night and there was lots of water leaking from the ceiling of my garage.  I was terrified since I didn't know what to do.  First thing came to my mind is to go Angies List and find a reliable plumber there.  I found JCTHI on Angies and it was rated very high by Angies' members.  I called and Carlos picked up the phone right away.  He helped me find my main water valve and told me exactly what to do to fix the water leaking (and Yes, I am one of those who is totally helpless and hopeless when it comes to anything mechanical).  After I turned off the water valve and release the pressure, he said he will call me in 30 minutes just to make sure the water has stopped.  30 minutes later he called and check in on me.  I told him everything is fine.  He then told me to put a space heater in the garage and said he will give me a call tomorrow morning to schedule an appointment to come by.  The next day he came by in the morning.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  He looked around did some diagnosis, found the broken pipe, replaced it, tested it and found another broken pipe, fixed it again, and then told me to test it 3 hours later.  I tested the water that night and everything is fine now. Despite the unpleasant leaking problem, it was such a pleasant experience dealing with Carlos.  I heard so many horrible stories about getting bad plumbers who just want to take advantage of the homeowners misfortune.  Carols is totally the "model" plumber - he is reliable, has strong work ethics, polite and professional.  I also want to thank Angies List.  This incident alone, pay for my Angies' subscription which I initially was doubtful about the service.

"Edmund is my hero! Showered in the morning to find the faucet had broken and the water would not turn off.  After turning off the main water to the house, I attempted to repair myself. I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone.
