"I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. He was professional, prompt, great at communicating what servicing was needed or wasn't, and the work and price was top notch."

The best part is everything was done on the phone and by email. We didn't have to sit through a long, high pressure sales pitch and feel obligated to buy. "They were able to expedite my service, which I appreciated. But they did not protect my floors or furniture during the removal of the broken glass. When they pulled out the broken window the left shards of glass all over the couch, floor and planter bed outside with no attempt to clean up after themselves."

"Evan & his crew came out the day they promised to, that was a big plus right off the bat to me, very pleased with the job that was done, my basement had a leak and they came to remedy the situation. Little did we know how much would be involved with the project, didn't matter the guys were never phased and continued to plug away until they got to the problem and figured out how to fix it. The original quote was also the final price, I know the job I contracted for was not what they ended up having to do. There were surprises throughout the project but again they guys were not phased by anything and just made sure that they would get to the cause and get it fixed, I was told not to worry about additional costs because it was just a part of the job. Very impressed that Evan also came out in the AM to introduce the crew to me and was back in the afternoon to inspect the work that his crew did. Very professional outfit. Upon seeing our review, we were immediately contacted by Unicorp. Subsequent to that review, Unicorp returned to our home and made good on their work product. The vice president of Unicorp personally came to our home to see and discuss our dissatisfaction. They understood our unusual case and proceeded to follow through with providing, to our satisfaction, what we desired to resolve the problem. Admittedly, we failed to follow-up and contact Unicorp to discuss our displeasure and a resolution to satisfy us.
