Superb communication skills. Jermaine arrived within 20 minutes. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. And definitely skilled in his craft. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. He did not just take measurements of the frame. Jermaine took the frame apart to get the precise dimensions of the replacement glass. I could tell he has a superb work ethic and is a bit of perfectionist. That is a good thing as he takes pride in his work.
