"We are very pleased with our new roof from Sejay Construction! When we first set out to have a new roof installed our motivation was to ensure that we had a sound roof headed into the winter. In hiring Ricky and his team, the end result was an impeccably installed roof that also makes our house look clean and sharp. Ricky, the owner of Sejay Costruction, returned my call right away and made it easy to schedule the estimate and work. He also provided a written, itemized estimate. Ricky is very particular about small details, which was wonderful since our roof has many angles and is very cut up, including a small tower. We are very pleased with the lead flashing that they did on our chimney as well and the installation of two replacement skylights. They took care around our landscaping and left our yard spotless. One thing that I really appreciated about working with Sejay Construction is that they are a small team. Ricky was upfront that his team might take a little longer to finish the project but you know who is working on your roof. Ricky was communicative throughout the project and his crew is hardworking, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sejay Construction and look forward to hiring them in the future for other projects."

"We can't say enough good things about working with K. Bellavance Land Works & Hauling. Kyle was prompt and professional in answering our email request for a consultation, and listened carefully to our desired project plan. Once the project was defined, Kyle, and his project lead, Gene, quickly provided a schedule and detailed estimate in order for us to make our final decisions. Bellavance's very talented crew built beautiful dry-laid stone walls, installed a large garden area, granite steps, and large stepping stone walkways. Bellavance Land Works came to work when they said they would, worked hard, and completed this large project in a timely fashion at a fair price. Unlike many businesses, they didn't "disappear" to work at other sites in the midst of our project. They worked easily and cooperatively with Winterwood Post and Beam on a pergola installation that completed our project. He responded promptly, and gave me his honest opinion as to what he was and was not qualified to do, And referred me to another professional for the piece of the job that he felt was not for him. Ultimately I hired him to do the installation of a large perennial bed which was completed in a very timely fashion and which came in exactly at quote. His rates are very competitive, and I was so pleased with his work and that of his associate that I have hired them to return for fall cleanup. "Richie was very friendly and eager to please. I was surprised that he did not seem to have equipment to tow away the tree branch, once he hauled it to the requested area. In his defense, he told me the cheapest way to deal with the tree was to just sever it and haul it aside, rather than cutting it up into small pieces, and I consented. To his credit, he plowed my driveway and part of he road near my driveway. He was delayed in getting to my home as quickly as I would have liked due to an accident en route. I think for the money he charged it was a good value."

"Although not done for me directly, I was witness from start to completion, Josh planned and prepared the demolition of of the existing floor, made necessary improvements and laid the new floor with fine attention to detail resulting in a professional finish. A jack of all trades he is with knowledge of many home repairs and improvements. Also have seen the results of numerous small engine repairs and service with excellent results. I would recommend him for any household maintenance and beyond."
