"I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."

"First rate! Arrived on time and worked non-stop until work was finished. Had a water leaks on the ceiling below two bathrooms in the garage, plumbers had to cut out several pieces of sheetrock in order to access the drainpipes. Nixon and his crew replaced the insulation and the sheetrock. They had to work around the garage door opener, the space was very tight. The ceiling looks like new, I am very pleased with the result. Also replaced a missing piece of sheetrock in the wall, and insulated a coldwater pipe without my asking."

"I hired Arnaldo's company for my deck and pavers. I didn't want to micromanage 2 different companies. His company did phenomenal work. They were efficient with their time management to keep both projects running smoothly, professional, neat and offered suggestions for ideas other companies didn't. This is the only company to inform me concrete would not be the best option for my fire pit area d/t the ground shifting which lead me to pavers. Over time the concrete will crack but when the pavers shift it can be corrected and not noticed unlike fixing cracked cement. They worked with me to find pavers that wouldn't have me go over budget and I'm so happy with everything they did.
