"Stephen Zumdick wrote a 68 page report pointing major repairs/replacement needed; roof, all havoc, electric panel, chiming cracks, etc. The seller did not disclose any of these and other items. Because of his report, we rejected the money pit house. He spent an hour pointing out the defects, and a hundred pictures showed us the complete wear of the roof, etc. He also pointed out several good points. As we now have to start over again, we will request Steve again. He represent Gerard Home inspection well."

"<p>The entire process was smooth from the day when I made the inquiry for what would be included to the inspection to making the appointment.  Don was our inspector.  I arrived at the home where we were interested in purchasing at the time he was supposed to arrive.  He was already there.  He must have arrived early.  He was very professional, and polished.  After speaking with him for a short amount of time, I could tell he was knowledgeable.  I called my husband and shared that I am so glad we are in good hands for our first home inspection.  I left and returned a few hours later.  He shared the full report with my husband and I.  He was very detailed and walked us through every step of the home where he found an issue or something that should be brought to our attention.  We ended up not moving forward with that home as there were so many issues but we do not regret the home inspection.  We are now finalizing a home purchase with a different home.  We thought of this company and Don again.  I called right away.  I recommend this home inspection to anyone. 5 stars.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>FYI, we had the home inspection, termite inspection and radon testing.</p> <br />"

"Tito came out within a week to give us an estimate. He clearly explained what needed to be done both for the basement and crawl space and what the process was. He provided the written estimate the same day. The installation crew were scheduled out 2 weeks. They arrived a little after 7 am on the day of installation and were done by 11 am. The work was efficiently and professionally done. They left a monitor in the basement for 3 days afterward and provided a report of the radon level post installation (which was well below 1). This is the second time that I have used Mobile Radon Diagnostics and I would do so again."

"We called Bill because of all of his excellent reviews on Angies List. These excellent reviews are true and accurate. In addition to his high-level knowledge about thermal imaging, home inspecting and providing excellent service, Bill is a stellar individual. <br /> Bill scanned for moisture/leaks throughout our house and attached garage, and the next day we had our report complete with colorful thermal scan images and detailed information from Bill.  <br /> We hired Bill so we could pinpoint, via thermal imaging, areas for home repairs this year, namely, possible moisture / leak issues and the source of a wet wood smell whenever it rains.  From Bill, we got our answers and additional information re areas we should repair in order to improve heating/cooling. We were relieved that the moisture scan showed no leaking.  <br /> After scanning the house, Bill answered thoroughly and patiently all of our questions and gave us several practical budget-friendly solutions to some of our problem areas  (windows and electrical outlets). He was also extremely helpful in pointing out areas where the scan showed disturbed insulation between the second floor and the roof (we recently had work done up there). "He is simply the best.  You must go to his website and see an example inspection.  It will be exactly like this.  I bought a larger home so it was planned for a full days inspection. Typically, the inspection is 1/2 day and cost 600.  I also opted for the radon inspection that account for additional 200.   <br /> This guy was very through.  He took pictures of every thing and made it very easy to negotiate and also fully realized the repair cost needed.  He made it very clear two major items needed to be replaced, water heater and roof, also with several other items.  The water heater was clear, prior to the inspection, that it needed to be replaced so that was already negotiated.  The roof was a different matter.  the house was 19 years old and the roof looked fine to me.  The inspection was a different matter. He clear documented that the roof was in need a replacing.  we where able to negotiated this in the final round of negotiations because of home his documentation and inspection. <br /> He is clearly worth the money.  Also, if you want him, do what we did.  Ask for 14 days for inspection instead of the typical 10.  This will allow you to book him. <br />"
