"The staff at Brooks Carpet were very helpful and knowledgeable. We selected our carpet from the many options on display in their store. Julia Brooks came out for the measurements and was very professional and friendly. The install crew came out in the morning on the day they were supposed to and were able to finish the install in a single day (they worked very hard all day and were willing to stay late and finish it). There was only one small issue with the placement of a seam in our bedroom and Julia promptly and courteously rescheduled a correction to be made. The crew came out for the correction on the day and time they were supposed to and took care of it within about 2 hours. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Brooks and would highly recommend them for your carpet and flooring needs."

He also hauled a heavy piece of furniture downstairs for me and removed and replaced rubber step mats on my 5 garage stairs. Noted that I had bought the wrong materials for adhesive:) He knew what was best. Don't waste your time or money, hire Cranston to do the job efficiently, I'm so thankful I did!
