We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!
