"Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM! The floors were installed on time and look gorgeous!!! Best purchase I've ever made-- not one pang of Buyer's Remorse. I would highly recommend Bensalem Flooring!!!"

This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
