"They did an outstanding job!! Very professional and friendly and they worked clean. They asked me questions about placement of the sink and faucets and then they double checked just to make sure it was done the way I had asked. I will definitely be hiring them again!!"

"After years of working with various contractors on major home improvements, we finally found our dream team with Duane Mainardi Builders! From the moment we reached out, Duane and his crew impressed us with their honesty and clear communication. Duane was always available throughout the project, and Keith, the site foreman, was simply incredible. He was onsite every step of the way and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. When we asked for changes after work had started, they welcomed every request with a genuine commitment to getting it just right. The siding crew was professional, skilled, and worked tirelessly. What we anticipated to be a four day job was impressively completed in just two and a half days. The final result? Gorgeous vinyl siding that has completely transformed our home?s look. We wholeheartedly recommend Duane Mainardi Builders if you want high quality siding done right by a team that truly stands behind their work. Michael and Vicki Sneed"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Fairless Hills, PA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
