"Absolutely the best renovation experience with Doug! My husband discovered Doug through Angie’s List and Doug made room in his schedule to help finish a challenging, partially completed apartment remodelling project in Palmyra. It was such a positive, quality experience, we contracted with Doug and his Rejuvenation Design and Build Team to completely restore one apartment in a 4-family off Monroe Ave. The process with Doug was fun, his craftsmanship in this 1920s apartment was exceptionally detailed, and the place was completed in time to offer to an appreciative new tenant. So we then asked Doug if he’d work with us to completely redesign the bathroom and kitchen in one of our favorite, furnished 1-bedroom apartments in our 1906 Claude Bragdon-designed mansion on East Avenue where we are owner occupants. He drafted an exciting and very ambitious, luxurious, & upscale design integrating our requests/ideas into the plan. We loved it, signed, and stopped renting mid-February to get started. The kitchen and bath was sensitively gutted, renovated as Doug designed, with care and appreciation for an historic property, modifications as needed in an historic home, and with great consideration for our tenants living above and below this apartment. We were absolutely thrilled with the process, Doug’s enthusiastic and experienced eye for design suggestions, and the gorgeous results, and so are our tenants!! "We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. We eliminated contractors who seemed to only occasionally build a deck, those who had a different primary focus area, and those who did not often do composite decking. "I would give Dan more stars if I could. He and his assistant are extremely professional yet friendly. They don't waste time and work together very proficiently. Such a fantastic job installing hardwood floors in our quest bedroom. I was impressed with the time Dan took to make sure he sorted through the wood planks to get a good variation of color which is important with hardwoods. Dan made sure that the wood in the bedroom door way matched up perfectly to the hallway hardwoods that had been previously installed years ago. They installed the shoe molding and filled the holes. No mess anywhere they clean up perfectly when done. My floor looks gorgeous, I could not be happier. Look no further than Daniel Green Construction you won't be sorry!!"

"I got a few quotes from several companies for some bathroom remodeling work and was shocked on how high the labor charge would be. On a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Josh and found his quote to be much more reasonable. I suppose I was a bit skeptical that he could do what I wanted for the price. I wound up asking for some additional work on top of the original estimate and the additional charge was right on par with my expectations. Josh worked with me to go over all the materials that he needed to buy for the job and the finishes I wanted and sent me the exact receipts for the materials. Along the way there were a couple times when I wasn't completely satisfied with how something was done but Josh immediately re-did it and made sure I was happy. Overall he did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also appreciated that he was personable and eager to share his knowledge and experience. That made me comfortable asking him questions about the work so I could keep informed about what exactly he was doing every step of the way."
