"Communication was excellent (he talked me through what was needed, alerted me when, once he got started, changes that he found. He walked me through the plan, alerted me of any changes. He alerted me of any/all costs and how they were determined. Was respectful of my property and of me. We started late because his last appointment went over, but when I reached out he also communicated that. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I will recommend him (and use him) in the future. "
