"I found a puddle of water underneath my washer machine and called one company I found on Angie's List for a service call and they called back saying they did not work on LG Brand washer machines. Apparently LG and Samsung machines are hard to work on and get parts. I called Knapp's after also finding them on Angie's List. I have a complicated work schedule and the owner called me and worked with me to schedule a service call. The technician showed up and was professional, polite, and quick with his work. He diagnosed the problem and regarding how the water leak happened and explained everything to me clearly. He re-assembled the machine and put it back into place just like it was before. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the whole experience and working with this company. I will definitely use this Knapp's again should another appliance issue arise. I DEFINITELY recommend this company- they were willing to take on a machine that the others said no and did it with great professionalism and in a timely fashion to get clean clothes again in my house! :)"

"Reached out to Dell's on a Sunday night, "Shaquelle" called early the next morning, and a technician, "Michael", was here at 11:00 am. Shaquelle and Michael were both professional and helpful. Michael recommended replacement versus repair for best cost effectiveness. While my washer could not be repaired, I was only charged $80 for both the trip and diagnostic fee. I felt the service was efficient, fair and honest, and I would use them again."

"Cory "Ice Cube" was very prompt and professional in repairing our washer.  He explained how the problem likely happened and how we can try to prevent it in the future.  He arrived within a day of us calling and had the replacement part in hand, which adds considerable value.  He assessed the problem and gave us an estimate for the repair.  While $500 seemed like a lot for a $1000 washing machine, we needed it fixed so had him go ahead and make the repair while he was there.  
After the repair, we called two other highly rated Angies List repair people and asked what it would cost for this same repair (without telling them what we had paid).  Both estimates were $200 less than what Cory charged us, which was very disappointing and left us feeling taken advantage of.  We were looking for a new primary washer/dryer repair person to have on our call list since we're a business that is pretty h****** washers and driers and our last repair guy was no longer available.  This business won't be first on our list unless we need something done quick enough that we are willing to pay significantly more for it.  I will disclaim that while the two other companies I called would have been significantly less expensive, neither of them were available to come out for several days.

"Dillon (owner) got here when he said he would and within minutes had my dryer pulled apart and was testing my heating element and fuses to see why it wasn t heating up. Within minutes he found the problem and got it fixed. Would definitely recommend him"
