"I was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!"

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

We had our water heater fail and within a few days they managed to squeeze us in since we had a baby and didn't have hot water for well over a week. The owner is so awesome and so graciously let us pay a 50% down and the rest upon job completion for our new tankless when he did not have to. I'm so thankful. "I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."

"David was very professional and skilled. On a Sunday, he responded quickly to my urgent request (water was backing up into my bathtubs due to an underground pipe breakage). He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. He had a very positive attitude (even in the cold rain) and stayed until it was done (while working in the dark). He was very good at explaining the situation and the work that needed to be done. He seems to have state-of-the-art equipment. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Would definitely hire this service again."
