After some additional research as to the best approach to resolve our issue I scheduled the service. The crew arrived on time and everything went well, as far as I can tell. Obviously only time will tell whether the porch was actually stabilized (filled with poly level from below) but it seems like they did the job properly and the price was reasonable.
