He fixed my microwave quickly (while it was an easy DIY fix, I did not want to risk the shock myself if I didn’t discharge correctly, was glad I left to professional). He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. Will definitely call again next time I need help with an appliance! Lastly, the service fee was applied to repair, and was lower than others I had contacted, which I appreciated as I knew I might be on replacement path instead of repair with the fridge!"

"I have a frost-free Whirlpool refrigerator that had frost build-up. Boris tested the heating element and transfer cable which both were functional. The issue was a control board that failed. He ordered the part and returned two days later to install new parts. Boris was cordial and professional in his work. I offered to pay him for his first day of diagnosis but he told me he would collect after the job was completed. I will use him in the future for all appliance repairs. "Had a very good experience with Tom repairing our GE washer. I used the Angie's List match search and found A 1 Accomplished Appliance Repair when our regular person was not available. I was able to reach Tom right away. After describing the issue to him, he then provided me with several options for time windows to come and check out the issue which included the same afternoon. I was glad as it was Friday and I didn't want to have to deal with an non-working washer over the weekend. When he was running behind, he sent me a text early enough with an estimated arrival time so that I could run other errands. When he arrived, he was professional and quickly assessed the issue.
