"So far so good. Kevin the owner of RWL Contracting arrived on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 at 8AM promptly. It was very cold and he walked to the back of the property with me to see the basement door from which I told him is the only door his guys will use access the property. When we went inside he offered to remodel the whole bathroom including the ceiling, which I told him he did not have to do. In addition, RWL Contracting/Kevin also was willing to help me with filling out his portion of the RI Living Home Modification Grant page 5. This is a little extra time but would not affect his payment. He explained that his workers work from 8AM- to 4Pm and would not make a mess. Kevin is awesome. He gave me a ballpark quote of $15,000 for a full remodel of the bathroom and told me he would be able to do the work in about a month and a half from January 22, 2022. I am looking forward to working with him, he is very professional. I showed him the tiles I would be using and told him I need one grab bar in the shower and one near my toilet. I also offered to show him my basement from the inside so he could see where his guys would be working from as secondary work space, he said he didn't need to see it. I called him on Friday, February 4, 2022 to ask him if he could please email the quote when he is done preparing it. He agreed. So far, so good!"
