"The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. "Fantastic experience with ABS. I’m embarrassed to say when they told me Colleen would be out to measure, I thought , a girl ??!! Total projection since I can’t even measure a rug. She really knows her stuff ! Had great ideas and was completely understanding of keeping my little terror dog from having any slack to start to dig. As you can see my land is hilly and they got this right to the ground. Perfect ! I was also concerned about keeping the view. Colleen explained a 4 foot fence would take care of this. She also encouraged me to sit on the deck with someone holding a measuring stick to be sure it wouldn’t impact the view. I love the way she thinks and communicates! Every-time I had a question she had the answer. She explained things in a way that wasn’t condescending or showed annoyance. I think I was annoying lol. I would’ve wanted to tell me to shut up. The guys who showed up worked nonstop. It was pouring rain and they didn’t care. I told them they could come on a better day but they kept plugging away.
