"I don't normally leave reviews (good or bad), but I had to comment on my experience with Casey's. From the phone call to the appointment with Casey himself, everything was exceptional. The knowledge and customer service on the phone from Valerie was probably the best I've ever received on a first call. She was able to give advice to put my mind at ease with the concerns I had and when I mentioned there was an odd smell coming from the heat she went out of her way to schedule me the very next day knowing that the cold weather was coming and this appointment was needed to go ahead with a new furnace install (and knowing I had a 6-month old at home). When Casey showed up he was extremely professional and I could tell he was concerned about my issues and wanted to make sure they were either fixed right there, or I knew exactly what needed to be done to fix them. Not only that, but one of my fireplaces is gas which I was not too familiar with how to turn on, without me even asking he made sure it turned on correctly and then walked me thru the steps to turn it on safely. He also gave me a "Homeowner's Guide to Chimneys and Fireplaces", again not something he needed to do. All of this on top of his guy Anthony (also very professional) finding a small issue I was not aware of on the chimney itself which they went ahead and fixed for me free of charge since the flues did not need cleaning. The main reason they came was to confirm if I need a chimney liner for the hot water heater since I am switching to high efficiency heat. Normally, I would be wary that whoever came would just say I need one to get the business even if I didn't, but I am confident that Casey is honest and would only say I need one if I absolutely do. I wish Casey's did more than just chimneys/fireplaces because I would hire them for the job every time."

Mike was able to make a great rough assessment of how the chimney was functioning from a google image search, and explained exactly why I was experiencing poor draft. He spent half an hour of his time walking me through my options, providing a ballpark figure for the work, and providing general guidance on how to proceed with my project. Without a doubt, he is the most knowledgeable professional I've spoken to, and has a deep understanding of pellet stoves, installs, maintenance and system design. This is the guy you want to use."

"After contacting Above All Roofing I was quickly notified by Cyle. He was very polite, professional and courteous. We agreed on a time that worked best for me and he showed up exactly when he said he would! After inspecting the roof it was determined that the missing flashing from my chimney was most likely the culprit. Within a day or 2 I was emailed a quote to fix the flashing and also a full roof replacement quote. I decided to go with the full roof replacement. Once again I contacted Cyle and he set up an appointment to meet and was once again there when he said he would be. Once the contract was signed a day was set up for installation. The crew that showed up was awesome! Chris, Cyle and the rest of the crew showed up early and did not stop at all! It was a very smooth and seamless process and any additional work that needed to be done was communicated to me. I was extremely impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. "<p>We called The Chimney Doctor to clean and inspect our chimney. Jesse answered our call and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and check the chimney. He showed up right on time. Since we had snow on the roof, it wasn’t safe for anyone to walk on it, but Jesse used our roof rake to clear a path to the peak and asked us to call him when we could see the roof shingles. It only took a day or so and he came back out and cleaned the chimney and went up on the roof to inspect the flue tiles.</p> <p>Jesse did a great job cleaning the chimney. He made sure our floor was covered and spotless when he was done. He also took some photos of the flue tiles at the top so we could see that one of them had a hairline crack in it. We will have him back out in the spring to repair the tile.</p> I’m so glad that we found Jesse. He took the time to patiently answer our questions. He answers or returns calls promptly, shows up on time, and does an excellent job. <br />"
