"Had John & his associate Rick back for a 2nd round of repairs & renovations after the fantastic job they did on our initial projects. This time they did excellent work on repairing/painting multiple areas on our ceiling, tile repair on our shower & bathroom floor. John also discovered a potential serious water pressure problem & then corrected it by replacing our valve regulator. He explained to us how the city's normal water pressure if not regulated correctly in our home could potentially burst water pipes & cause a lot of structural damage. "Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"Mr.Gutierrez arrived on time and his crew began prepping exterior of house by pressure washing loose paint and stucco. Repairs were made to chipped and damaged stucco prior to painting. Mr.Gutierrez made several trips to match paint to the HOA house colors, which was difficult due to the extreme fading of old paint. He painted comparison shades so I could choose the best color choice which I appreciated very much. The interior painting was much more difficult because two family members are disabled so we were home while Mr.Gutierrez and crew painted the interior rooms. He showed a great deal of patience and understanding with us, and made certain to paint the two bathrooms on different days so we still had use of one full bathroom each day. He did quality work and was very pleasant to work with. I felt the price he quoted me was extremely fair considering the amount of work.
