"Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.   <br /> Gary will come by <em>tomorrow </em>afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out. <br /> Thanks Angie's List for recommending REO-ServicePro. <br />"

They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me.
