Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. He made it easy and convenient to deliver and pick-up my chair, and was very pleasant and professional do work with. The chair was completed in a timely manner. The turn-around time was as expected, considering that we had to allow time to order fabric. It was not fast, nor cheap, but I don't think high quality work ever is, and the quality of workmanship was definitely worth it.
