The owner is very knowledgable and even went on the roof himself to see where bats were entering our home. Work to remove bat poop and old insulation, and replace with new insulation was done in an extremely timely fashion. "It went bery well! Emergency situation over Memorial Day weekend-yikes! Don showed up to remove bird nests in my stove vent. I knew they were in there and I made a bad decision to wait to let the babies fly the coop. Don't wait that long! I called one pest control company (Number One Pest Control) that luckily referred me to On the Fly for wildlife control. Don showed up on a Sunday & was very nice. He cleaned out the vent to his best ability & screened it up so it can't happen again. Because of other related pests, I now need a duct cleaning from another company. oh no!
