"I highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing! We had our basement waterproofed several years ago and havenâ t had any issues. The staff is so professional and wonderful to work with. They answer all your questions, made the whole process easy, and did an amazing job waterproofing our basement. Anyone looking to waterproof â definitely give them a call."

"John the project manager was VERY helpful and knowledgeable in getting things lined up for my basement batt insulation project, the guys did an excellent job and it was complete in less that 2 days."

"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had. Honestly felt that he and the company cared about us and were willing to work with us, allowing me to come back and do the prep work before they started. It was true customer satisfaction, not all about how much $ they could get out of us. Complete confidence and security with OBS and employees. My crew foreman Steven and his crew Alex McCoy and Eric Reese were so friendly from the moment they greeted me at the door. Very respectful and conscience of keeping carpets covered and containing dust in the are they were working on. They were mindful that their music wasn't too loud and that their language was appropriate. I felt very comfortable during the 3 days they were in and out. Was like having my son and his friends home! Steven was extraordinary in explaining things to his crew and also to me. Showing me the progress they made throughout the entire job. If you are one who lives with OCD.... Steven is the one to have on your job! Very tidy, neat and complete! High Five to these guys! Thank you all so very much! Highly recommended!"

I had the sump pump replaced by Basement Doctors Cincinnati during July 2013 with 3 years parts and labor warranty. Late Sunday evening (April 2015), when it was raining, found that the sump pump was not working. Called the local Cincinnati number and spoke with Matt. After couple of troubleshooting steps over the phone, he said he'll come over and replace the sump pump. In about 20 minutes, Matt came over and replaced the sump pump with no extract charge. Matt did not have a 1/2 HP sump pump on the truck, so temporarily put in a 1/3 HP and said he will follow-up and get it replaced with a 1/2 HP pump early this week. Excellent service!

"Erie Home Basement Solutions was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was on time, and always polite and courteous throughout this process. This is extremely hard work and they continued to always have a smile on their face and answer any questions I had. They worked diligently to complete the project on time and fulfilled all aspects of the contract. Actually, they went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with their service, which is unusual in todayâ s work culture. I would highly recommend this company for your basement waterproofing needs."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"We constantly had water leakage into our basement for years. They were able to send out a professional to answer my questions, and after I decided to go with their service, sent out a team to install my Everdry system. It was an overall great experience. Our basement has been completely dry ever since. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus."
