I had one pipe surprise and Matt simply called me and emailed pictures of the bad pipe before I decided to replace that also.
The best part: I bought a medicine cabinet that was too tall for the space. I thought I would have to replace it or some other hassle- NOPE- Matt had a great idea and his crew modified the cabinet so it fit by taking a couple of inches off it and rebuilding it. No one would ever know ! it looks great.
