"I feel like the success rate around Kansas City when it comes to contractors and service providers is pretty poor -- people that won't call you back, or don't show up on time, or don't really know what they're doing. But I've worked with The Leaky Cellar twice now and it's been such a refreshing change. They show up on time, do good quality work that matches my expectations and the estimate, and are friendly all along the way. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of and I don't feel like their employees are being taken advantage of, they're just good people."

"Bill and Scott were very professional and friendly. They braved the storms and flooding to get to my house. The repair was in a tight spot and they completed the work with breaking any titles or cutting walls. They did a great job. Thank you"

"The repair went well. I had the classic front stoop with a portico on top that was supported by foundation wings instead of a wall so the stoop pulled away from the house. The wings are not strong enough to support that much weight. In my opinion, the builder should have installed full foundation walls under the porch to support the porch, steps and attached sidewalk properly. The pulling away of the stoop was actually a drop or lever inside the wall resulting in a half moon crack in the basement wall that surrounded the outside steps. Pro Foundation piered the steps, in 5 degree weather which was impressive, and sealed the cracks inside the basement wall. Another company wanted to install 5 piers inside the basement to straighten it up but I chose not to due to cost, the visual aspect of having support beams and time."
