They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "The crew arrived on Sunday, September 16, 2012.  Removed old shingles and replaced with new.  Ran a little short on materials, so returned on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 and completed job.
I spoke to Mr. Strahan about the professionalism of the crew.  If I wasn't having the siding replaced, we would have had a problem.  The crew put several marks/scratches on the existing siding.
Mr. Strahan was very concerned and said he would make it right.  I told him he didn't have to since I was having it replaced.  I just told him he might want to have a talk with his crew.
