"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. The heavy brick and mortar waste from the building was promptly removed like it was never there. Would recommend AVSTEP for future building needs."

"Good Morning, Riverside Construction (Gary) did a major construction job for me. He was extremely reliable and maintained the timeline of completion date. He is always professional and his workers were consistently on time. Gary was responsive to me answering any questions and always responded to phone calls in a timely fashion. I would also like to add that the project was the first renovation I had done to my home. I really had no idea where to begin. Gary helped tremendously to walk me through each step, helped with color coordination and overall design. He is extremely talented. My family and friends could not give enough compliments on the finished project. I would absolutely hire him for further renovations in the future."
