"Hired him last year, and paid him for two jobs at my house. He completed one of the jobs, but couldn't do the second job on the same day, and asked if he could return to complete it. He asked me later if he could delay the second job because of the cold weather, so I agreed. As the weather warmed up, I hit him up to inquire about completing the second job, more delays. Was scheduled to come back. He was a no show, and he did not give me a courtesy call to explain why he did not make the appointment. After another rescheduled appointment, he called to reschedule that one. Another time he stated that it would be raining, it did not rain. He was scheduled to come back another time, but said that it was supposed to rain. The forecast did not call for rain that morning. He never showed up, and again he never had the decency to call me after I made sure that I would be home again, as I did the other previous times. He made the excuse that he does not control the weather, however it did not rain on either of the last two scheduled appointment days. After I waited, and then waited for him to get back to me, he said he would send me a refund for the second job that I paid for. I haven't received it yet. I'll pass on using him in the future, and it is sad, because I had other work for him too."

"Overall, careless and sloppy. He had one guy that was dependable but he was constantly pulled to work at other locations. As result, my projects were put on hold. Mike tried to complete the jobs himself but simply made things worse. Had to find someone else to the job and clean up his mess. Not worth hiring. Do yourself a favor, save time and money and find someone else."
