"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"The customer service from J&D heating and air was outstanding. I called them with an A/C issue I was having and they were out at my home within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue with my AC unit. Oh, and I forgot to mention it was 100° outside for the last couple days. I called around. No one can get to us for at least a week or two. They found that the AC condenser had a large hole in it and needed to be replaced. J&D heating and air came out the next day and installed our new unit. "Overall experience was excellent. The only problem we encountered was when there were 2 project manager changes. I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, but when I called and spoke to a manager I received a call that day and Tiffany (new PM) was very helpful and professional. She was prompt and honest with project timelines. I would highly recommend NRG to anyone looking to install solar. There will always be issues and problems, but the sign of a good contractor is how they respond."
