It is now 2020 and we had a caulking problem and the tub was drain was not holding water when closed. When we had the original work done in 2017 David said the work carried a lifetime warranty and you can take him for his word. He backs it all up. "It started as an Angie's List Big Deal.  A room design by Jill Seidner for $189.00.  The room was the large living/dining room in my condo.  Jill asked for room measurements, pictures and a description of what I wanted to accomplish. I emailed the requested information and Jill returned four suggested room layouts.  I was pleasantly surprised to find, in two of the layouts, she had switched the living and dining areas giving a totally different feel to the room.  I chose one of these two as my first choice.  Jill returned with concepts  for furniture styles, carpet  and wall accessory  ideas along with links to retailers that carried the suggested merchandise.  I am now free to implement the plan on my schedule and budget.  The process started on July 22 and ended on August 21, 2011.  The idea of doing room design through email is new to me and worked well.  I do not know what Jill Seidner usually charges for this service but the layout ideas themselves were worth the price."
