He communicated well with things I had questions on and went above and beyond to help us understand about the issues. He was extremely professional and worked with our agent as well. He pointed out big things and small. I especially like that areas I was not going, such as the attic, he came down and had pictures to show us what he was talking about. His report you receive shows all the pictures and where the issues are with explanations that someone as myself can understand. He also put items that he would recommend to help protect us should something happen, ie, a battery back up for our sump pump should the power go out. I would recommend him to anyone, he was on time, knew his stuff and even though Im nervous now about buying this house with these issues that were discovered, I am thankful he knew  was knowledgeable to help us find them!
