"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage.
