Called Reinholdt the very next morning and within 2 hours they had a technician at my house taking photos and gathering a materials needed list. An hour after that USIC was there marking utilities. The very next morning at 0700 2 guys were there and began fixing the problem. These guys not only said how high when I asked them to jump, but they also understood I would have to wait to pay them when I got my insurance payment, and it was a non issue to them. Sergio said not a problem whatsoever, we will take care of you, and because they followed through, and did a great job, they have earned a customer for life. Mitch was my tech, and he did a wonderful, clean, and professional job. I want him every time. Thank you guys so much, and I look forward to doing that other job we talked about once this is squared up."

"We started with a misunderstanding: I requested a *full* electrical inspection - meaning *all* outlets throughout the house. Given the very quick response, and given I had gone through Angie's List to request service, I realized after our discussion that Eric probably didn't get what I was actually asking for. On the appointment day, Pete called to say he was on his way for our "panel inspection". After clarifying what I was looking for, Pete said he would get with Eric and work something out. When Pete arrived, he said that Eric would let him inspect 5 outlets and the panel. Pete inspected 2 outlets, found issues, and repaired them both. He then checked the panel, and charged me $150 for the extent of his work. I am okay with that, since he did repairs, not just inspections. Pete suggested that I just get repairs, as needed, rather than a full house inspection, as we have a *lot* of outlets! I felt that Pete was very professional and thorough. I will consider his suggestion, and when I need repairs, I will definitely call Anytime Electric to perform them!"

"The entire experience with Josh Dunn and his team went extremely well. I had another contractor over to look at the space, and his estimate was 30k, he really had no good ideas for what to do with the originally awkward layout, and he advised that I should move my two kids (ages 1 and 4) out of the upstairs during the remodel. Josh walked in and immediately envisioned what to do with the space and came in with a lower estimate. He and Mike worked meticulously, controlled dust, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. They did any and all sawing and tile-cutting outside. My baby took naps in the basement, but both my kids slept at night in their own beds in their rooms, and I never worried about dust. Josh and Mike are polite and professional, keep you informed of the process, and are also very good at what they do. No drywall seam is visible, no tile is crooked, and the paint job is extremely clean. Our remodel was extensive enough that we needed city (Richmond Heights) permits, and that required that separate electricians and plumbers do that work and that everything (electrical, plumbing, building) be inspected two times. All of that slowed things down, but Josh and Mike communicated so well and kept everything so neat that I had no complaints. They also subcontracted out to workers who were as nice and professional as they are. I will have Dunn Home Improvements do any home remodeling project, large or small, that arises in the future."
