"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."

"We met with Blue Best late in 2024 to discuss our concern with air temps in our living room and kitchen, which have high ceilings & southern exposure and are hot in summer. We were very clear about our concern, and the salesperson spent hours assessing our home and assured us his proposed system would solve the problem. We accepted the ~$14,000 bid to install a heat pump solution based on that assurance. By summer 2025, the living room and kitchen were still too hot on most sunny days. Despite many service visits the issue was never resolved. Blue Best ultimately stated the system was operating as designed and implied the problem was with our home, not their installation.  In our opinion, Blue Best is only good at selling a solution. Blue Best has declined to remove the system or refund our payment, instead relying on fine print in the contract.  We are now pursuing legal options. We have since spent ~$12,000 on a mini-split system from another contractor, which works as intended."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up. I’ve been through absolute h*** with every contractor I’ve ever hired. When my water heater went out I was absolutely terrified to hire another one. Finally for once, I felt like they wanted me to actually enjoy and use what I paid for. That kind of professionalism and pride in workmanship is impossible to find these days. "YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
